  1. I recently downloaded a movie from the net and after i tried to load it into TMPGE 2.53 and it cold not because it was not supported?
I used Virtul Dub for file information and it showed that the rate was 14.985 is there any way that I can convert it to 23,975 or 29,975 so that I can convert it to MPEG and burn to a VCD?
    Thanks in advance cripster00

  2. With a DivX file with low fps I will usually go with NTSCFilm if I am making a VCD - TMPGEnc does a very good job of upconverting to a higher frame rate

what is the resolution of the DivX - is is close to a NTSC 352x240 ? if not post a reply and I'll suggest other settings to help with the resolution also.
