Could anyone please tell me why "Video to Video" (converting software) doesn't fully convert all of the video files added to be joined as a single file?. I have added a number of .mts files (around a dozen), with sizes varying from a few mbs to over a hundred. I also included some smaller MPEG4 files, totalling to 3.88GB in size as a direct stream copy. However, once completed I noticed that the file sizes are noticeably smaller (which shouldn't be the case) and noticed it is missing a number of files that I added, including the MPEG4 files. The final outputed file came to 2.45GB

I have enough space on my HDD. Does anyone know what could be causing this?, or is it that the program cannot convert so many files or so large a file size in one conversion?.

I've not used it. But most programs which will combine multiple files into a single file, often choke or not work if the input files are not the same resolution or have the same audio format. Just something to look at/test.

I never had a problem with join ing videos with Video to Video. As stated above, they must have the same file structure or else!
Video to Video is an excellent program. I wish it was further developed.
