    Hello

I'm just gonna get to the point. When I insert a video clip into premiere pro (mp4) premiere pro removes most of my audio (it leaves about 10 sec of audio in the beginning). I tried to convert it into mov but then it just plays my voice and not the gameplay audio in the background. This started happening recently and I don't know why. When I open the video outside Premiere it works perfectly. When I import other videos from exampe youtube no audio is removed. I use OBS to record by the way. Would appriciate it if someone helps me out

Anyone who might be able to help will require more information (I do not use Premiere so this can be my only contribution)

Ideally you should upload a short sample video - 20/30 seconds- which includes both your voice and background gameplay audio.

But I would ask if you made any changes in your method of recording with OBS.

  3. Could you post a screenshot of your OBS settings (output - video) please?

If you are recording a fragmented mp4/mov (usually a good idea), it's possible Premiere is having trouble reading audio past the first fragment.

You sound like you are recording multiple audio streams (game+microphone). If Premiere still doesn't support multiple audio streams, you will have to extract the secondary audio stream(s) somehow (ffmpeg or XMedia Recode) and import them as separate audio-only tracks.
