  1. Hi I am trying to produce mpeg2 file using CCE 2.64 Premiere plugin. Video is fine but audio has little bit high pitch sound. I am using resolution
720X480 video, 256 kb audio and joint stero. Any ideas. Thanks in advance

Use a different audio encoder or at least a different sampling frequency converter.

  3. Hi, thanks for the reponse. Do you mean when I will export time line in Premiere for Video I choose CCE while for Audio I choose something else. How can I do that. How can I disable CCE and use other audio codec? Can you explain little bit? Thanks in advance

try file > export timeline > audio. Save as wav and use BeSweet for audio conversion.
Export video: file > export timeline > movie > settings. Uncheck "export audio". Use the cce pluin or frameserve with Avisynth to cce standalone.
After you finished the conversion mux with bbMPEG.
