    Hello VideoHelp!

I wouldn't consider myself a complete noob with AV stuff, but this one is stumping me. I had access to a PC that connected to an AXIS security camera. I pulled some footage from it that saved in .asf container and the video codec I can convert (MP4), but the audio codec in VLC is reporting as undf. I have tried installing the Combined Community Codec Pack, and no joy. Any way to find out what codec I need for this video?

P.S. - I could include screenshots or even a link to the file if that would be helpful. Not sure if there's info you guys would need that I haven't provided.

Undf usually means "undefined" (could be corrupt, could be an unsupported - by VLC - format). What does MediaInfo say?
