v2 = WhateverSource("file2.ext").ConvertToRGB()

    If they're different heights you'll have to resize one of them. WhateverSource() means whatever source filter is appropriate for your source. Like LWLibavVideoSource(), Mpeg2Source(), ffVideoSource(), AviSource(), etc.
