    Hello Guys. I'm trying to download a video from this link:

    https://cers1hls-vh.akamaihd.net/i/account/869/1/2015-06-29/video/,d38b787954a673f39a1...il/master.m3u8


    But I have this error:

    HTTP error 403 Forbidden


    I use: "ffmpeg -i "link" -c copy out.ts

    What should I do to download this video?

    Ask the system administrator for permission? Clicking the link in a web browser gives the same result. The server is refusing to hand over the resource.
