Trying to download a m3u8 video from an app; 403 Client Error: Forbidden

Using an Android app emulator to play the video on my PC and Url snooper to pick the url up. I tried downloading it with Livestreamer but it's giving me a Forbidden error.

Url Snooper also picks up this:

Is that needed?

I figured it out. Had to run cmd as admin.
