I'm having issues with the router ever since I accident changed the ip address on it. One night I was messing with it trying to figure out why I cannot go to the login in page to go into the setting. When I try it just brings up google search on my i address. I hit reset on my modem by accident. Now whenever I reset the router the modem resets to witch I don't want. Every computer in the house works expect my oms boyfriend has problems connecting. So I need to reset the router just for him to connect. I asked him if something was blocking it from connecting to the router he said no.
I cannot figure out what to do to fix the router issue. I took both offline last night for over a hour and It didnt fix the problem. Im using belink router F9K1110 v1 . Running windows 10 home edition 64 bit. any help would be great.

I forgot to mention that before I tried that and the reset inside the router page. No fix. My ip use to end at .01 now ends at 2.1 I changed it to .06 to see if it fixed login and it didn't then that's why i rebooted modem by reset by mistake that changed t to 2.1. ll retry the factory reset on router only later tonight.

The brand name given for the router is non-existent. Difficult to solve a problem when the OP cannot get such simple and basic information correct.
IP addresses do not carry leading zeroes. Probable the period was simply missed, twice, but that would be a guess.
Brand of router, brand of modem, type of isp service, modem model number - important for determining if this is a combination modem/router which may require a bridge mode setting, complete instead of partial IP addresses, understanding that the modem, the router, and each PC all have IP addresses and all of them are yours, so when talking about multiple pieces of equipment the description of "MY ip" is insufficient and useless, these are all necessary. There's more, but we'll start with those.
This is an easy problem to solve, IF repeat IF accurate and complete information is supplied. That would require significantly different effort on the part of the OP. What has been given so far is what I get from the elderly and senile, or totally clueless, and I would already have decided this will not be resolved remotely and I will have to go on site.

Sorry for late replay I been busy lately.
Its a store bought router. I use a modem from cavalier internet. 1. I went into my router login before to change the start ip to able to access the router setting.
2. I rebooted the router so many times to get the internet back on but it didn't work. By reset and unplugging it.
3. After the internet wouldn't work I rebooted the modem. Not sure if I should of done that. And the internet worked when I hit the reset on my isp modem.
I know all about ip address for each computer. I'm having issue is why My moms boyfriend laptop won't connect without me rebooting the router rest of computers like my laptop and my brothers laptop connect without a problem from wireless.
Now everyday when I get to enter router settings it goes to google search page. Now all my net works but my anti virus program comes up no internet connection.

Wow, a store-bought router? Really? Not one of the ones that falls out of a magic bucket in the sky, huh?
Is it a D-Link, or a Belkin, or something else?
So, you logged into the router, to change the ROUTER'S ip address, or the START of the RANGE of IP addresses the router gives out when doing DHCP?
AND, you logged into the router, to change this address, so that, AFTER THAT, you would be able to change the router's settings?
When you attempt to connect to the router, in your web browser, and you get the google search page, this is because, despite you knowing all about IP addresses, you are entering in the wrong address for your router.
STOP messing with it, you have no clue what you are doing.
Command prompt, ipconfig /all, note Gateway address, that is the router address. However, all but one PC are working, that should indicate that the problem is not the router but something with the one particular PC. Describe EXACTLY the connection process, on mommy's boyfriend's pc, with messages, and preferably have an adult do this if you want to solve the problem. Your posts do not contain enough information to be useful.
Just about every single action you have taken is incorrect, wrong, and made it worse rather than better.
Did you, at any time, see smoke or possibly actual flame erupting from the unit and neglect to mention it? If not, then feel good, because then you would definitely be not the stupidest poster I have ever encountered, but, AFTER HIM, you are in a dead heat for the top five.

Store bought. Brand belink. First off i know what am doing. I know computer very well. So much but this problem has got me stumped for years. Its going on for over 3 years. With me not able to login to the router setting. When i changed router ip I was unable to login for over a hour even rebooting. until I used the reset on the modem. Then I was able to go back online changing the ip on start was on router didn't fix not being able to login router setting years ago I said. I told you all the information there is even the stops. You need to calm down and stop blaming me saying I don't know what I'm doing. Now when I unplug the router to reboot it the modem reboots at the same time. All my moms boyfriend laptop is saying unable to connect to the router.
No flames the router is fine. Other than his laptop.

There is no such router brand as "belink". Third time.
There is Belkin, and there is D-Link. Let's start with that and verify you can read. It will be in big letters right on the front of the router.
There are many other brands but those are the closest to what you are claiming.
Is English your primary language?
Get the brand right or you can go waste someone else's time.

All issues has been fixed there was a conflict with router and modem using ip address. I didn't choosed the new ip i was using the router did. I changed the router ip to normal one and everything is normal. And for your information I knew what i was doing. So no more help is needed.

Anybody interested in speculating what this moron actually did?
A modem reset, followed by a router reset, should not have resulted in a PC IP address of .2.1, though of course there is no certainty whether this address applies to the PC, the router, or the modem. Possible both router and modem at that address if modem set to bridge mode, but then that should not have survived a reset. Interesting.
Not really enough info to nail it down and of course, no hope of getting any accurate diagnostic data from this clueless idiot.
PC IP should almost never end in .1, especially after resets to modem and router, he's probably reading the gateway address and doesn't know the difference.
Then there's the router reset just to connect the problem laptop, though no clear verification that this actually does happen, it is at least indicated. Odd. Guessing he set the range of assignable addresses from .1 to .6, multiple devices to use the 5 available addresses, possibly 4 including modem, all addresses used before BF gets there, reset and immediate laptop connection attempt finds available address, and one of the in-home devices would then fail if all were used, but no testing done for this.
What are the odds his ISP modem is also a router, was originally set in bridge mode, that is now lost due to resets, second router now in the loop with significant performance degradation as a result?
What does ANYONE ELSE think the odds are of EVER getting sufficient info from the OP to actually determine WTF happened, and deriving anything, anything at all, useful from this entire exchange?
Oh well, another waste of time. Slow day anyway.
