TS Cutter (AVHCD)

I am looking for a simple TS cutter that won't re-encode. Does anyone have a recommendation for something that works on a Mac and functions like MPEGStreamclip functions with MPG? My files are recorded with Hauppauge HDPVR and I'd like to be able to cut commercials from the end when I accidentally let a recording run long. I thought I remember reading that MPEGStreamclip would work with TS files but it doesn't; I just get a line down the middle of the window that looks like an audio file.

Smart Cutter Ps/Ts is supposed to be capable of editing captures made by the Hauppauge HD-PVR. It isn't free, but has a free trial.
