Tried different browsers or video players(VLC Media player)?

But it looks like a video hardware/overlay problem. Tried find new updated graphics drivers?

What graphic card is it? Old? Have you tried googled it and see if any others have similar issues?

  6. i have the same issue, Windows 10 update (issue on .mp4 .mkv ) and Facebook videos on browsers (Chrome / Edge)

my notebook have Intel HD Graphics 4400, and the videos on the notebook are currently pretty much similar to the one in the screenshot.

I try downloading the driver from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/search?keyword=4th+Generation+Intel%C2%AE+Core%E2%84%...+Graphics+4400 but the same results.

Anyone have solution to this ? thanks.
