    Can Windows Media Player crop videos to 16:9 like VLC?

    There are any software or Plug-In that can do that?

    No, there isn't a way to do that in Windows Media Player as installed. I don't know if any of them will do what you want, but there is a list of plug-ins (not free) here http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/downloads/windows-media-player/plug-ins?loc...userlocale=409

    You could use ffdshow as your decoder and use its zoom/cropping function. I don't know why anyone in their right mind would do so though.
