  1. I will change the naming of the files manually I know BD doesn't support it I am trying to get the proper time for the menu I will be making.

  2. If you decode via DirectShow using ffdshow, it has an on screen display that'd probably give you that info (it does for other file types). I assume you're referring to the frame timestamps?

    Not sure if it meets your requirements, try TimeDateSRTCreator. The created .srt file has timestamps for every second of video.
