    Hello,

I'm trying to reproduce a file with this mediainfo but it starts to blink and to pixel a lot:
    General
    Complete name : D:\cam\20150502082910_20150502085010.avc
    Format : AVC
    Format/Info : Advanced Video Codec
    File size : 200 MiB

    Video
    Format : AVC
    Format/Info : Advanced Video Codec
    Format profile : Baseline@L3
    Format settings, CABAC : No
Format settings, ReFrames : 1 frame
    Width : 704 pixels
    Height : 480 pixels
    Display aspect ratio : 3:2
    Standard : NTSC
    Color space : YUV
    Chroma subsampling : 4:2:0
    Bit depth : 8 bits
    Scan type : Progressive

My settings are: options, internal filters, transform filters and checked h264/avc; Thread for multi-threading 4; hardware acceleration divxa2 (native).
I tried opening the files in avidemux but popup "Cannot find a demuxer for file".

    What can I do?

  2. It's an elementary video stream. Most media players require you to put it in a container in order to play it back . Although some like ffplay and VLC should be able to play it as is

You can put it into a MKV container with MKVToolNix for example. Or MP4 container with YAMB beta 2, or MyMP4BoxGUI. Or a transport stream with TSMuxer

Sometimes the footage is encrypted if this is from a recording device , or security cam that sort of thing -and you would need the proprietary key or software to play it
