Making Chapters for Video Cd

is it possible to make chapters in a video cd like in a dvd?
any information about this would be cool

you can use vcdimager which is free. Read the forums there is tons of info explaining how to do chapters with it.

An easier program for making chapters is video pack 4.0 but its not free and it appears it is not even being sold anymore. A warez copy can easily be found on the net though.

Finally I-Author can create chaptered vcds very easily. To do so you will either need the official legal version or you will need to use mpgxmps on your mpg before loading it in I-Author. Again this program is not free but is found on lots of warez sites.
