I need to be able to bookmark audio so someone can jump to the relevant sections. I have looked into using AVIsynth as I need to be able to script it but can't seem to find a function that would do this.
Does anyone know if this is possible in AVIsynth? Or can someone recommend another tool with a simple scripting language I could use?

Split up chapters into tracks that will automatically play after one another.
Track 01, Track 02, Track 03... -
You would have been done by now had you looked in the AUDIO tools section and found something simple like CDWave. There are probably even other tools that can do the same thing with MP3, MPEG and FLAC audio as well.
Seriously....simple scripting language? Inputting the hours, minutes, seconds, and maybe even milliseconds for each cut/split into DOS-type lines of text?.....really?
