Start your browser's Developer Tools (F12). Load the page. Look through network traffic for an m3u8 URL. Use that in youtube-dl.

One problem with youtube-dl downloading live streams is there's no end to the stream. You have to use CTRL+C or CTRL+Break to terminate the download. And you have to remove ".part" from the end of the filename. This sometimes gives you a file that doesn't play.

Do you have a recent version of youtube-dl? I was using one from January this morning. Then later I updated to one from February to see if I could duplicate your problem.

Did you use your browser's developer tools to verify you get the same link when playing the video? And you are in Italy or using a VPN there?

Yes i am in italy. The link is correct. I dont't know why i have this error instead you can rip the stream.

i have resolved with another tool, livestreamer, i used this command line and i can rip
the stream in mp4, but is not playlable so i have to fix it. I try with avidemux without encoding and seem to work but not perfectly, the first 2minutes of video is a black screen then i can see it.
