  1. I have a Panasonic T900 camcorder. I have a year's worth of video clips (.mts or .mt2s?) I would like to put on a BD-R disc. The HD Writer software by Panasonic that comes with it will not let me burn to disc for whatever reason. Do you have any software ideas that will let me just simply put these clips (probably around 50 clips or so) onto a disc? I don't guess Windows Explorer would let you put them in your order of choice would it? I don't even need chapters or titles necessarily (don't have that much time to learn software). I'd love to just drag the files onto some software (put them in order of baby's birth to one year old) so that I can pop that disc into my ps3 or blu ray player to watch. (I have verified that my Sony blu ray player at least plays these clips no problem--ps3 may have had a problem--can't remember).

I have downloaded a trial of PowerDirector 11 but that may even be too much for me. I don't really have time to learn the software. There surely is something simpler (without titles/chapters/etc.) out there where I can just burn the files in order onto a disc.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

  2. You want to merge the clips together or keep them separate files? If separate then you need a menu to access them in a blue ray player. Maybe your blueray player will play them all but mine stops after the first file if I don't do it correctly in Vegas.

  3. I would like the clips separate, not merged into one huge clip. I forgot to mention, I'd like them in original quality as well. I used PowerDirector to make a blu. I don't know enough about the program yet, but it didn't keep original quality. When there was movement/action, it would get more pixelated.
