BD commentary Removal

Hi, please excuse this as I am a newbie if this has been answered prior or I am in the wrong section.
After using Any DVD to copy to hard disk, BD Info to get the play stream, then tsMuxeR GUI to output it via M2TS muxing. I am getting either sound with commentary from the directors, no matter what combination I seem to select or no sound at all.

Can you suggest how to strip the commentary out? I tried to use eac3to but could not get it to work, some lines on the command promp window flashes and then closes and does nothing). I do not have Nero ACC encorder but the AVS4You suite.

Use BD Rebuilder, Clown BD or MakeMKV to seperate the individual streams. And use the Search to find Guides.
Blue-ray structure is a lot more complicated than DVD and it takes a while to get your head around it.
