I have done research and think I know the answer to my question, but need confirmation.

I OWN the Star Wars Attack of the Clones DVD and want to convert and put it on my Blackberry 8900 with Mobilola Video Studio.

I have converted Revenge of the Sith and numerous other DVD's and no problem.

When I play on my laptop Attack of the Clones has no problem.

When I go to convert it, it defaults to the full audio commentary version.

Is this a failsafe for the manufacturer and if so, why can I convert Revenge of the Sith? It has an audio commentary version too.

    Any help is greatly appreciated,

  2. you might try ripping it to just the audio you want before converting to the mobile version. try dvdshrink and re-author it movie only with 1 audio track.

    Thanks,

I will look into that. I am not good at some of this stuff. Will try and ask for help if needed.

Just wasn't sure why one movie was ok and another not.

This kind of thing happens all the time - be glad this is the first time it's happened to you. It has to do with how the DVD was authored and there's not really anything you can do about that.

The suggestion means that you will create a new DVD, so to speak, on your hard disk that only contains the audio you want and then you will convert that with your Mobillola Video Studio. Of course if Mobilola allows you to select which audio stream it processes (if it doesn't, well, it's kind of crappy) then just pick a different audio stream and eventually you'll get the right one.

Thanks for the clarification, I'll give it a try.

Mobiola is excellent on audio and video, with this exception.
