Latest TMPGEnc (2.53) doesn't seem to decode MJPEG

Hi - I've been using the previous TMPGEnc v2.01 which worked fine with all my AVIs encoded as MJPEGs (created by a Matrox Marvel G200 capture card).

With TMPGEnc v2.53, I now only get 3 scanlines of video and the rest of the video image is a grid of dots (both in preview and conversion).

I've tried all environment settings and various formats - still no change.
Running on an Athlon 1.2G, Win98, 256Mb

Anyone have any ideas?

I'm using v2.53 with Matrox mjpeg with no problems.

Sorry I can't help you but at least you know it should work
