UK vcd exhange

I was sitting at home last night encoding Gone in 60 seconds and it accured to me there must be people all of the UK creating Vcd, Svcd and Divx movies.

So question is, is their anybody out there from the UK who wants to swap copyies of movies they have on VCD, SVCD or DIVX a hugh save of time and effort. No cash just straight Swaps

hi HOW IS THE QUAILTY ,, WHE N MAING THE VCDS. WHEN I MAKE VCD IS SPLIT THE FILM IN TWO FILES AND THEN WORK OUT THE MAX BITRATE, SO IT CAN FILL UP THE CD, SO BASICALLY I MAKE XVCD. IF THERE IS A 90MIN VIDEO I PUT 45MIN EACH CD AND KEEP BITRATE 2 2000 AND AUDIO 128.
