I have 720p video that's deinterlaced with the QTGMC avisynth filter which is @ 59.94 fps. Looking to create a Blu-Ray disc with Sony DVD Architect Studio (it does Blu-Ray as well) but there's no option specifically for 59.94, the closest is 60. Should this work?

What version are you using ? There is a specific option for 1280x720 59.94p . "60.0p" isn't blu-ray compliant

well 60.0 isn't blu-ray complaint - 100% certain fact . It might be mislabelled in that version (sometimes "60p" is used as an abbreviation for 59.94p)
you should upgrade your DVDA, I think there were a couple of bug releases (even with 8.0c) . I looked at my computer with 8.0c and the DVDA version is ver 5.0 build 180 . They are a few versions past that now with Vegas Pro 12 , DVDA is at Ver 6, build 237 -
The OP seems to have DVD Architect Studio 5.0 build 157. For various reasons I never updated my DVDAS 5.0 build 128, which does list 1280x720 59.940p as an option.
For DVD Architect Pro, you need to get Vegas Pro, since it's not available separately. -

brass,
select a new project with Blu-ray format and mpeg-2 120x720 60p. After that see what File / Properties show you. In fact, you might want to look at them even beforeand use those pull-down menus.
