Fast MP4 splitter, does it exist?

I wonder if there is a program that can split MP4s fast? I only need a function that I select a point in the video, and the software splits the MP4 at that point, and doesn't modify anything else (quality, fps, etc.), it outputs the same MP4 format that I fed it with. I searched for programs, but I only find softwares that offered cutting out a potion from a file and saving that separately. I don't want to bother with those things, only split and that's all, and save in the same format as the output. It sounds simple, but doesn such a software exist?
