Fast start for a .mp4 file

Hullo,

I'm begging for help

I've got a .mp4 video file on the internet (origin is HDV encoded with H264 with Premiere Pro CS3):

As you can see, the video starts after it has been downloaded.

I would like the video to start immediately.

I read on a forum that MP4 combined with Yamb can help, but I do not know how.

Can you help ?

I assume you are meaning you are wanting to start playing in your browser while it is still downloading and not have to wait until it is finished downloading?

This is typically a function of the web browser and the media player used for playback, not necessarily with the file itself.
