Need help doing watermarked (text & image) videos

Hi there, i've been using VirtualDub since few days ago, but i was thinking that i might get something better since VD hasn't been updated and to be honest it's a bit hard to play with formats file with it

so, my main objectives are, doing watermarked (text & image) videos and make gifs from them as well, any sugestions?

Here we go again.

You do understand that...
1) NOBODY wants to copy your videos of your kid playing some sport, if that's why you want to watermark.
2) If you are a wedding photographer, then screw you because you do NOT own the video of the wedding.
3) If you are charging for this watermarked video, whatever it is, do understand that some of your consumers will consider it to be ruined because of the watermark.

There are always exceptions, but usually when people post here wanting help with watermarking they don't have good reasons for doing so. My feeling is that watermarking is a such an intensely negative thing to do that we should not be knocking ourselves out to help people with this. But if you are not lazy, we have plenty of guides and old threads on this very subject and on using Virtual Dub to do it, that you could easily find yourself. However, I'm betting that since you posted you just want to be spoon fed and I've got better things to do with my time.

lol you seriously need to calm down dude, i just wanted some help in getting someting more simple but nevermind, don't need it anymore, and by the way the reason i've asking for software to watermark videos was because i want to watermark my stuff and learn how to but since i got that kind of replies, just forget it.
