i am watermarked a video according to this topic (with the help of this topic.)

After all the procedure can u please tell me "How to save the Video to same .avi format and Without exceeding the Size.That is;The Source Video is a 700MB DVD RiP.But after Clicking "file->Save as AVI" it is making a large avi file on my HDD (Greater than 6GB..!).How to make a perfect out put friends...?.I am using VirtualDUB 1.9.8.Please Replay urgently.....

As soon as you add to....or change a video.....it needs re-encoded. No way around it.
And you don't need ALL of that guide.....just the output section. -
Video > Full processing mode > Video > Compression > XviD or DivX (quantizer 3).
If you want the watermark to show through the whole movie then you'll have to recode the whole movie. If you want it to show at different places in the movie then you can use the Logo filter in blend mode with the curve editor and use Smart render to only recode where the watermark is.
