I have never done it before and am not sure how to do it but how does a person put two videos of one thing with different angles together? What is the best way to put them as one?

  3. The word you're looking for is "multicam." (I use avid for this so I can't give you proper vegas instructions.) Look it up in the help menu or google.

Put them running in parallel on their own tracks, and cut back and forth. One common way is to use a "Composite Level" Envelope on the top track.

Depends on the "look" you want. Another is a slow fade that has both mixed for a time. Like someone thinking and then visualizing.
