What? If there's no AC3 in there, use what it gives you. Or convert it to AC3 yourself. Is there any reason you can't use the MPA audio? It's not going to get any better by converting it.
PgcDemux cannot rip to ac3 file
It can't give you what doesn't exist. Don't blame it on PGCDemux.

Everyone tell me that this program will give me AC3 audio
But when I finished ripping , I recieve MPA audio that I don't need it

I just want to know Can I select the audio file which I prefer (AC3) from this program?

Pgcdemux just extracts video and audio streams from a vob structure (like a dvd)
So after using the program you end up whith a video stream and 1 or multiple audio streams just like they where in the vob files.
In the case that the vob files only contains mpeg audio (mpa) you get a mpa file.
if you need a ac3 file you have to convert it but i agree with manono that's not going to improve anything.

There doesn't seem to be any AC3 audio on your DVD. MPA audio is legal for PAL DVDs, but this must be an old disc as I haven't heard of MPA being used on any PAL DVDs since maybe 2005 or so. You cannot extract AC3 because it's not there on your DVD. You will have to convert the MPA to AC3 yourself.

If you don't understand what I said, we can't help you.
