Hi. I own a wonderful JVC HR7600EK VCR for my PAL tapes but I have many tapes that use the MESECAM system (being used by Greek National TV until 1993). Is there a JVC model or another VCR that can play the MESECAM tapes with 7600 quality or similar to it?

Several players can match (or beat) 7600 quality. Aiwa made a line of excellent high-end multiformat players. Hard to find because they cost much more than the budget 7600 but were roughly contemporary with it. The show up now and then in North and South America, but were sold worldwide. Here's one:

Wow, that's a very expensive one, I was looking for something less expensive. I think I will stay with a PAL/NTSC/SECAM LG I have now
