How to Extract /Convert RMVB Audio Files to MP3 or WAV?

As the title said, how can I do that? I have one personal file in rmvb format and I wonder how to extract the sound from it. How can I do it? If it's possible, convert it to MP3 or Wav audio formats. Thanks.

I have found some non-freewares programs around internet. But not one please me so, unfortunatelly. :C

But I could find some way to do what I want. :P

After demuxed the sound using the guide I can get any sound editor and make all the convenient convertions that I intend.

Audacity can help in this problem.

Super can also help to to extract or convert the file too.

Its easier to use the originals than re-encode or decode all the stuff again.......

Yes... I'll do it if I could... But its impossible...

Anyway, I could do it what I need using the guide.

For those who needs to solve the same problems, follow the guide.

Brute force, using an audio capture driver like TotalRecorder.

Audacity can help too. It's free ( and can record very well, just like TotalRecorder and other similar programs does) and I could use it before for recording some particular works. :P
