All of the mpegs that I would like to put on vcd come up with an "invalid muxer rate" when I try to burn them using Win-On software.
What do I do with these mpegs to make them suitable for conversion to VCD.
I AM NEW TO ALL THIS SO I HOPE THAT THIS ISNT A REALLY DUMB QUESTION....ALL HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Not a dumb question at all.
Download TMPGenc from the tools section. Click on file/mpeg tools/simple demultiplex and load your mpg and hit run. When its finished you will have a video stream (m1v) and an audio stream (mpa.) Now click on simple multiplex and load your streams in the appropriate spots. Under type select mpeg-1 Video-CD and hit run. The resulting mpeg should have the appropriate muxer rate.
