Hey, I've been trying to rip our (legal, store-bought) DVD of Disney-Pixar's "Up", so I can make a back up copy. I have successfully used MTR 4.0 to rip it (it suggests using the 'Rip And Rebuild' setting for this disc, so I did), but when I go to burn the TS folder in Toast, it turns out to be an 'oversized disc', so I can't make the contents fit onto a DL+R DVD. Any way to fix this or get around the oversize problem? Thanks.
By the way, if it is helpful, I am running Mac OS X 10.5 on a G5 PPC computer.
P.S. Sorry if this is in the wrong area. I'm not sure whether this goes better in "Mac" or in "DVD Ripping", so I just tried to go by the descriptions for guidance.![]()

the Disney stuff is always a pain to back up, sounds like you might need to re-rip with a different app or you might need a copy of DVD2one and some info on which sections you can copy..try the MTR forums for more detailed info..i also recommend getting Mac DVDRipper Pro
