I have been trying to get some anime episodes with multiAVCHD onto a blu-ray disk but i've run into a few problems i hope somone can sort me out. First problem is i select 12 episodes, pick menu and make sure everything is green for go and start the encoding, but when finished and burned i play in my blu-ray player and only 3 titles are showing up out of the 12 in the title menu. 2nd problem is for some reason 2 sets of subtitles are showing up, i have to click the sub button 2 times on my blu-ray remote to stop this. Any ideas on why i'm running into these problems.

Post back with your make and model of BluRay player as while multiAVCHD works well on MOST BluRay players, it does NOT work well for ALL BluRay players. It could be that there are some issues specific to your make or model that someone may know about.

Another problem i'm having is when the 25gb blu-ray is done the 12 episodes have only used 3gb of the disks size. Why?

To get all your titles green, do you have to go into the Transcode settings ? Or do they come up green from the outset ?
If they are green from the outset then MultiAVCHD won't re-encode them, and they will only take up as much space as they did before authoring (plus container overhead).
If you do have to go into the Transcode settings to get the title green before authoring then you should check your settings to make sure the titles are getting enough bitrate.
What is the quality of the titles ? Has it dropped ?Read my blog here.

I've got all item green but this still happens and quality is fine on the 3 titles it shows on the menu but there supposed to be 12.

When your compilation completes, the right window displays a log of all activities. It will list all the files successfully encoded in numeric order (1-12) and those that had an errors. Look through the log to see whether there are errors and how many files were actually encoded. If there is an error/problem with a file it simply will not encode so you will need to fix the problem with the file. If you close multiAVCHD before you have viewed the contents you can still open the log since it is placed in the folder of your compilation and it is named "multiAVCHD.log."
