Is there a way to do a movie only BR without menus or chapter thumbnails? Just a movie only that autoplays when you insert the disk.

I did uncheck the top menu button and it still created a menu and thumbnails.

Did you uncheck all the other options in the menu style and options?

I have found the same problem. Even if the 'create top menu' is unticked, then the xmb menu is ticked by default (can be changed but only to slide menu or carousel menu; either way one of them is always checked and greyed out.

The only way around it that as worked for me when creating AVCHD discs (although this should NOT really be the case) is to delete all other files & folders created just leaving the BDMV folder.

Perhaps Dean can enlighten us more? I have tried several methods of checking and unchecking options but i still get a menu even though i do not need one.

That aside, this is an EXCELLENT program and hats off to Dean.

In the Author tab, untick everything in the section marked Menu style and options. That is all I do to get menu free conversions

Thanks for all the suggestions. I disabled all the options in the author and the menu tabs and that did produce a movie only that will auto play with just a very short multiAVCD "promo" screen at the beginning. However my source was 31 separate avi files and it treated each as a separate "movie" and created 31 m2ts files which play with a very noticeable "bump" at the transition between the m2ts files. Is there a way to get the program to create a single m2ts file??
I loaded all 31 files into TSmuxer and it created a single m2ts file but it plays with the audio slowly going out of synch. This is the first time I've run into an audio synch problem with TSmuxer.
