    Hello,
    i'm a bit frustrated, i have component connection to my LCD TV, for some reason i only have background sound on VLC Player,
    when i switch to GOM Player it works, but that problem it's only with Tv Series, when i tried to watch a Film, it did not worked at all,
    well only background sound, either with VLC or GOM Player, or Window Media Classic.

    Any suggestions?

    component cables carry video only. you need other cable(s) for audio. so something isn't connected properly.
