Hi, I work at a large Church that is set up to record and stream our services via realmedia encoding. Our set up is this: we have DV cameras coming into a MX4 video switcher and then outputted to an Osprey 100 capture card which is used to overlay text on the video from the cameras. This video is then sent to a video amp which in turn sends the output to a 2nd Osprey card (260e) on a realmedia encoding computer as well as 2 video projectors. The problem is that there is a delay in the video seen on the 2 projectors which makes for some bad lip sync with the audio. The strange thing is that the audio is synced fine in the video encoded by the 2nd computer. Why are the 2 projector screens not synced with the audio since they get their video from the same amp that the encoding computer does? Thanks
