  1. Hi,
    I am trying to install vobsub but when i am up the the part of the installation were you select the directory for virutaldub it freezes. I am using windows 7 and I did run the program as an administrator. Does anyone know anyway i can get this to install

    If you need the filter for virtualdub you can try vsfilter, download and put the vsfilter.dll in the virtualdub plugins folder and rename it to vsfilter.vdf .

  3. Hi thx i managed to fix the problem. If anyone else experiences the same thing. What i did was installed it on another computer and brought virtualdub across and installed vobsub on the windows 7 computer without the virtualdub option and it worked.

  4. Vobsub's installer looks for a directory with the name "plugins" in directory where VirtualDub is installed.
    The newer versions of virtualdub have the directory named "plugins32".
    To resolve :
    1) create a directory named "plugins" in the directory where VirtualDub is installed.
    2) run the vobsub installer
    3) move the files from "plugins" to "plugins32"
    4) delete the "plugins" directory
