    I am having the worst time over here. Something got messed up with autogk so i uninstalled it now im trying to reinstall it and im getting an error " error opening file for writing: "c:\windows\system32\vobsub.dll" hit abort to abort retry or ignore...what should i do i dont know what this file is i tried to install vobsib alone outside of autogk and tells me the same thing...?

    Have you tried rebooting between uninstalling AutoGK and reinstalling it? Windows might still have the file locked if the system is using it.
    If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them?

    Are you using Vista X64 OS? In that case read my recent post, “rant”. I tried various methods to install on my computer, run through administrator, command line, different versions, turning off UAC; I only met partial success, no extras, i.e., DirectVobSub Configure, VobSub Configure, VobSub Cutter, VobSub Joiner.

    thanks for responding i have rebooted a couple times and im using winxp sp3 im just gonna keep trying i had it installed just fine before? so i dunno

    ok so finally it installed i just kept rebooting and unstalling the failed attempt. so i will see if it works this time...thanks
