Does anyone know of a guide on the www somewhere which tells about how to make chaptered VCDs or VCD with entrypoints.

I have read quite a few posts in this forum but mate...
they make me so confusing. What I need is a simple step-by-step guide (probably with pictures, would be a bonus).
