    This is a recent occurence.
    When I Bring up my menus of the videos on the HDD and try to highlight a video selection the screen gets jitterty like it has an electrical interference. This only occurs if you go into the video area. The playback and burning functions are normal. This was occurring prior to the firmware upgrade and is still doing it. The upgrade was from Guitarmans site /post Also, there are black artifacts on the screen 'buttons'. Has anyone a solution?

    What recorder/PVR is this ?
    Have you tried official firmware ?

    it is a ilo dvdrhd04 dvd recorder. the firmware update is thirdprty because ilo no longr supports this
