joining AC3 5.1 audio

hello everyone,

i have three Ac3 5.1 audio files, which is extracted from three parts of xvid-avi video files.....i just want to join them as one and mux to a different Video source.

i extracted audio using Virtualdub mod, i want just to join the ac3 files with out any conversion also keeping the original channels...........

try joining the videos first , then extract

It can be done from the command line too, as follows:

Change to drive where the files to be joined are located i.e. C drive:

type: copy /b c:\file1.ac3+c:\file2.ac3+c:\filelast.ac3


Then run through ac3 fix to correct joint errors. If you are using ac3fix, then the file to be corrected needs to be in the same folder and I would advise to put the gui in the same folder and use that, it's just simpler.

i did that............thanks for the reply................now i want to sharp the audio , it really seems very bassy(u know what i mean)..........can u please guide me for any audio filtering tools
