Which software to get to author DVD

Hello, I have spruce up already and find it very easy to use and get good results with it. I need an authoring program only to transfer my vcds to dvds. I don't need any fancy menus or audio enhancements or any other editing features.I only want to do my vcds so that they play in a couple of stanalone's and in my ps2. I have burnt some with spruce and it won't even load in my ps2.I took nero 5.578 and burnt the video_ts and audio_ts made in spruceup and it loaded fine.The quality sucks in my ps2 and plays perfect on my apex1500 and on my computer.So what is the cheapest authoring program that is easy to use and reliable for what I need?I have a cracked version of Dvd Maestro and couldn't even figure it out.There are no help files included with this version.Need a copy email me.The version is 2.92.

ulead dvd movie studio is $44 ... i do belive it will take the mpeg from a vcd and make a dvd out of it .. havent played with it much ( is has some "featurs" i dont like ) but i do think i should be able to do what you need at a low cost.
