I'm using Tmpgenc DVD Author after encoding. Is there authoring software in existence that can batch author? When I encode using Tmpgenc Express I can encode in batch mode, but when it comes to authoring, I need to return to the computer and set it up again

This question was asked within the last two days, so do a search. In that post there is a link to a utility to allow you to batch author with ConvertxtoDVD.

Try GUI for dvdauthor. It has a batch-mode.

I've Tried ConvertXtoDVD now. But it encodes also which will make the whole DVD making process too long. I encode in Tmpgenc express because it has more editing facilities. I was looking for something similar to tmpgenc dvd author, but with a batch facility so that I don't have to keep comming back after an author and starting another one. ConvertXtoDVD does this, but it encodes too... I don't need to double encode... this takes a massive amount of time

I guess you either don't encode in Tmpgenc Express and use ConvertXtoDVD to everything, or you live with one at a time.
