    I try to convert a mpeg file to avi using virtualdub and i get this error "Error initializing audio stream compression.The requested conversion is not possible".In the video compression i choose Divx MPEG-4 low-motion and in the audio compression I choose MPEG layer-3 128 kbit/s. 44.100Hz. Stereo.How do i fix this?

    try using a different audio bitrate.
