  3. What software come with your LG burner ?
    If none, go get Nero.

    Hi all,

I had the same problem (and still have) with this software. When I chose the NTI driver for the burner it worked for a while. But now it seems that I have to uninstall/install this software everytime I want to burn CD. It can produce one CD but the next one will not burn.

  7. there aren't many options of softwares to burn svcd,... as of today i think i had tried 3 of them..

lucky enough the nero (only latest version) could rcognize my cr writer, and it works ok (alteast power dvd could play it), but unlike Ulead it cann't do chapters.. thanks for the advise SingSing

Yes, the first attempt with Ulead movie maker was ok, but i didn't try to the reinstalation, it sound like a waste of time.

As for TMPGEnc it wouldn't,... again it wouldn't recognize the cd writer.

    XP professional is my OS

  8. TMPEnc is not authoring software, nor does it burn, it does however make excellent mpeg2 files, be it vcd. svcd or dvd ready mpegs.

I also get the same error towards the end, when making a SVCD...But luckily it works on my DVD player....

After u get the error, click OK ...
then eject the disc and then play in ur player....it should work fine...(at least does for me)

BUT if u eject it without clicking OK at the message "Drive Not Ready" , it might not play it in the DVD player

I haven't tried it for more than 1 CD...

i didn't like the program....as the chapters are not true chapters...
    Use TSCV or Vcdimager instead
