Ulead Moviefactory 6 transition Help

Is anyone familiar with Ulead Moviefactory 6?? I just made a slideshow for my class and when I burned a trial copy discovered that there are no transitions between the slideshows. I have about 30 chapters(slideshows) in the DVD. There are transitions within each chapter but none between chapters. I hope this makes sense. I need to know if it is possible to have transitions between each chapter and the how to find them. Right now it goes to a black screen and trasitions abruptly.

1. Click on the "Edit" room option, then "Effects". Click on the "Storyboard/Timeline" button to toggle the menu to "Storyboard" view.
2. Select a transition under the "Effects" tab. Drag the transition between two of your video clips at the bottom.
3. Toggle the "Storyboard/Timeline" button to "Timeline" view. Click on a video clip in the video timeline at the bottom of the program. Click on the "Fade In" and "Fade Out" buttons above the timeline window.
4. Click "Next" to design a DVD menu for your project.
