    Hi.

    I have a video, where the bass is "rumbling" I would like to know how I can fix this problem.

    You're talking about those drum hits where it distorts? Probably not going to eliminate that.

    You can use a high pass filter to reduce the bass but the distortion will still be there. Audacity has a "clip fix" filter that might help a little bit.
