How to make a karaoke VOB file from 2 (one audio and one text)?

Hi all, I have this karaoke DVD, but they separated all the songs into 2 different parts (one is for music video and one for text and sound), unlike other usual karaoke files which are one file with 2 streams or audio channels.

Below is the pic of the DVD that I opened in DVD Shrink, if you notice the 2 files that I selected, they have the same length, so how can I add the sound of the first one (music video) to the second one (instrument video and text)?
