    I have a problem using Tmpgenc Xpress since some days. All the time I try to export a video file into MP4, I only get videos without sound. The video quality is excellent, it's just that you can't hear anything.

    I added this image, because maybe I was trying to export wrong audio settings. Maybe someone knows the same problem!

    Have you tried play the mp4 with different players? Like vlc.
    What is your source file?
    Did it work fine before?

    The source file was a raw-ripped AVI file. Video and audio worked fine! I am always playing the videos with VLC to check wheter they're right or not.

    VLC also plays the MP4-file, but without audio all the time.
